Found out about Matt on social media, a good few months ago and haven’t looked back since. He does a range of treatments including cupping and blading and really focuses on freedom of movement, not just fixing the bits that are sore. He works on the cause of the pain rather than just the symptom and I feel fresh after every session.

He’s also started introducing some cool stick mobility stuff to the end of a session, giving me knowledge to help myself and be proactive about my own body maintenance. He’s a really knowledgable guy. I’ve already recommended him to a few people and I know I’ll be recommending him to more. My tightness and lack of mobility have hindered my sports performance till now, leaving surgery as what seemed to be the only option but I know I’m in good hands with Matt and I’m now a work in progress!

I started seeing Matt several months ago for lower back/hip pain and lack of mobility (I was struggling to even put socks on). 
Matt is a knowledgable man, who took the time to diagnose and explain the underlying causes. The problem areas were treated with a range of techniques and tools, including massage, cupping and blading. 
Happy to say I can now get dressed and live daily life without lower back pain, as we continue to work together on other problem areas and mobility. 
Even through the lockdown period, Matt has helped to keep my body from seizing up and continue mobility work with video call sessions. 
Would highly recommend Matt to anyone for muscular and mobility issues, or even maintenance work if you push your body in the gym.
