IASTM Rockblades
Rockblades are also known as an instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation tool; most commonly used for muscular and joint injuries.
The Rock Blade are great tools to provide pain free deeper penetration of the underlying adhesions and scar tissue in the muscles and joints from injury. Using the blades allows us to provide a pressure tot he tissue to reduce tension and nerve sensitivity in the area; achieving an overall reduction in pain.
The Rockblades are great tools for all injuries that require getting into all deeper areas and can be an ideal treatment for:
